This will be my new food journal to track my eating habits and consumption now that I have lost approximately 100 lbs - I was 365 and now I am 265 - so I want to get to 220 or 200 lbs - however I have been between 265 and 270 for quite some time - So once again blog time and the power of calorie counting - I have been told 1800 calories should continue gradual weight loss
Time to cut down on snacks and count those calories !
